Position Overview

The Personal Assistant will support the Director in both family-related matters and creative content work. This role blends lifestyle support, day-to-day coordination, and hands-on assistance during photography/videography projects. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, organised, proactive, and comfortable working closely with the Director (Lady) in home, work, and travel settings.

Occasional overseas travel may be required, fully covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Family & Personal Support (Primary Scope)

• Assist the Director with daily scheduling, reminders, and personal coordination
• Support simple family-related tasks:
  booking appointments
  running errands
  arranging deliveries or household services
• Accompany the Director or family members for outings, shopping, appointments, or casual activities
• Help ensure personal routines and day-to-day logistics run smoothly
• Maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times

2. Content Creation Support (Secondary Scope)

• Assist with photography and videography shoots
• Capture simple photos or videos when needed
• Organise and shortlist raw files; assist with simple edits if required

3. Social Media & Branding Assistance

• Draft captions and help with content scheduling
• Support basic branding consistency across posts
• Create simple layouts or graphics using Canva (optional but preferred)

4. Travel & On-Site Support

• Accompany the Director (Lady) for local and overseas shoots or work trips
• Assist with logistics such as equipment handling, location preparation, or on-site coordination
• All travel expenses (flights, accommodation, transport, meals) will be fully covered

Requirements

• Trustworthy, reliable, and comfortable supporting family-related tasks
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Interest in photography, videography, and social media
• Basic familiarity with cameras or willing to learn
• Comfortable with occasional overseas travel
• Bonus: Simple editing/design skills (CapCut, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Canva)
