Personal Assistant (Part-Time, Flexible Hours)
Location: Singapore | Part-time (3–4 days/week, 3–4 hours/day)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to support a high-performing Financial Consultant and his advisory team. This is a flexible part-time role ideal for individuals who enjoy backend support work and want a steady, meaningful position in a fast-paced financial services environment.
You’ll help ensure smooth case follow-ups, documentation, reporting, and internal coordination without client-facing duties.
Work Arrangement:
• 3–4 working days per week
• 3–4 hours per day (flexible timing; ideally within office hours)
• Option to work remotely after onboarding (hybrid flexibility)
Key Responsibilities:
1) Preparation & Admin Support
• Assist in preparing Asset Management Reports (AMR) and Portfolio Summaries
• Support appointment prep and spot admin gaps for process improvement
• Generate PayNow QR codes for payment coordination
2) Insurance Case Handling & Documentation
• Submit claims and forms for accident, hospitalisation, life, or critical illness policies
• Help with form filling and uploading to insurer portals
• Follow up on underwriting and claims to ensure timely case progress
3) Internal Liaison (Non-client Facing)
• Liaise with insurer departments (e.g. Customer Service, Underwriting) via WhatsApp/email
• Track case statuses and escalate delays or missing documents
• Relay updates to adviser (e.g. via voice message summaries)
4) Reporting & Tracking
• Prepare internal reports (e.g. Belief Monthly Report)
• Flag workflow trends and assist in backend data updates
Who You Are:
✔️ Well-organised, proactive, and responsible
✔️ Able to work independently once trained
✔️ Tech-friendly (Excel, Google Sheets, PDF tools, insurer portals)
✔️ Based in Singapore (Singaporean/PR preferred)
⭐ Bonus if you have:
• Prior experience in insurance operations, admin, or financial services
• Familiarity with Great Eastern or similar insurer workflows
• Strong written communication skills for internal coordination
