PERM NIGHT SHIFT TECHNICAL SERVICE TECHNICIANS NEEDED/$2100 TO $2300

We are hiring under Recruit Express Services headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location:
International Business Park

Salary:
$2100 to $2300 per month
Night Shift allowance: $334 per month
Meal allowances: $70 per month
Transport allowances of $70 per month
Gross Salary: up to $2700

Working hours:
Able to do 12 hours FIXED Night Shift
Must be able to work either shift
Sunday to Tuesday, Alt Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday, Alt Wednesday
Able to commit to overtime on both weekday and weekends

Job Description:
Handling of contact lenses and solutions
Provide Technical Support to the production machines and ensure tasks performed are completed within full cGMP compliance
Operate the production machines and ensure production meets daily output
Perform mould set-up and mould insert cleaning as and when required
Use optical and mechanical devices for measurement and inspection of moulded parts
Perform in-process quality inspection during production to ensure the quality of products meet specifications
Perform troubleshooting, servicing, calibration and preventive maintenance on production machines, jigs or fixtures
Suggest areas of improvement based on current line condition/troubleshooting experience
Assist and support R&D and/or project teams in new machine setup, improvement, studies and qualification run
Other ad hoc duties assigned
