Job Description
Role Summary
The People Development Analyst is a key enabler for high quality talent and people development decisions by providing insights, dashboards, analytics, and ensuring data accuracy and reporting excellence across APAC (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, and Australia).
Responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality, accurate data for People and Position Reviews and quarterly People Committees.
- Consolidate and validate data submissions from country HR teams across APAC.
- Prepare dashboards and reports that support talent discussions, leadership reviews, and Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Analyse mobility, readiness levels, early-career outcomes, and Talent pipeline trends to generate insights for decision-making.
- Provide data support for D&I dashboards, diverse pipeline tracking, and inclusion metrics.
- Analyse Training evaluations and support follow-up reporting.
- Prepare templates, guidelines, timelines, and communications to country HR teams.
- Provide operational coordination for Early Career Programs, including recruitment data collation, onboarding scheduling, rotation tracking, and evaluation preparation.
- Maintain databases of interns, graduates, and emerging talent across Asia.
- Track performance, potential, and development progress of early-career cohorts.
- Ensure all early-career documentation, guides, and evaluation materials are kept updated
- Provide administrative and reporting support for leadership and people development programs.
- Coordinate transversal skills workshops in partnership with external providers.
- Maintain learning calendars, SharePoint sites, and materials related to leadership and transversal skills programs
- Support the preparation, rollout, and data consolidation for the ENGIE & ME Survey.
- Analyse survey data and prepare dashboards, insights, and summary reports.
- Support focus groups and engagement workshops, track progress against agreed Employee Experience actions.
- Support employee experience initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in HR/Business or equivalent
- At least 5 years of HR/L&D or HR analytics experience
- Supporting or administering learning programs andmanaging vendors (e.g., workshops, e-learning, leadership programmes).
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or LMS platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Moodle)
- Experience preparing HR dashboards, reports, and data insights.
- Involvement in talent management cycles such as Performance management, Capability development, Competency models, Onboarding programmes
