Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive PDI Warehouse Coordinator to support our automotive operations. This role is responsible for coordinating Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) activities, ensuring vehicles and parts meet established quality standards prior to delivery, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) for vehicles and automotive parts

• Perform visual and functional checks on vehicles, including accessories, documentation, and overall condition

• Ensure all vehicles meet company and manufacturer quality standards prior to handover or dispatch

• Monitor and manage inventory of automotive parts and accessories within the warehouse

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, stock movements, and deliveries

• Liaise with service teams, transporters, and sales departments to ensure timely vehicle readiness

• Identify and report defects, damages, or discrepancies, and follow up on necessary rectifications

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and protection of vehicles and parts

• Support stock counts, audits, and yard management activities

• Adhere to workplace safety standards and company procedures

Requirements:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Automotive Engineering/Logistics or equivalent.

• Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience in warehouse, or PDI-related roles

• Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical and mechanical systems.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Possession of a valid driving licence is preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage):

• Experience in automotive PDI or vehicle inspection

• Familiarity with dealership or distributor operations

• Possession of a forklift licence is an advantage
