We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for our security guard agency. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient use of payroll systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore’s employment laws, CPF contributions, and tax regulations.

• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.

• Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies.

• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll processes.

• Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.

• Continuously improve payroll systems and reporting efficiency using Excel

• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of payroll management experience.

• At least 3 years of advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).

• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations and statutory compliance.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
