The candidate shall work closely with the client’s support team to ensure payment

cycle timeliness and accuracy, investigate and address any operational and system

issues caused by upstream HR processes. This role is designed for a problem-solver

who has the drive to implement process enhancements that redefine operational

efficiency through identifying bottlenecks and improving system logic.

The candidate shall execute/monitor system interface jobs between e-HR and EIPS

to ensure successful data flow for the following:

● The candidate shall perform System Validation and Payment Cycle checks for

the client while utilizing data-driven insights to proactively identify trends in

data anomalies.

● The candidate shall configure and run validation checks using client tools and

is encouraged to continually review and refine audit logic to improve error

detection rates.

● The candidate shall support users in data profiling for system issues, acting

as a subject matter expert to advise upstream teams on data entry best

practices.

● The candidate shall investigate the cause of master data discrepancies in the

system and drive the resolution of logic errors that impact cross-system

integrations.

● The candidate shall keep track of outstanding master data errors and initiate

preventative actions to ensure high data integrity prior to final system

processing runs.
