As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Warmly welcome patients, manage registrations, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records.
• Handle billing transactions, payments, insurance claims, and assist patients with billing inquiries or financial support options.
• Provide support to healthcare staff during examinations and procedures, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
• Monitor, restock, and manage clinic supplies and medications while maintaining a clean, organized environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level
