We’re a friendly medical clinic in Yishun (shuttle bus available from Yishun Interchange) looking for caring and responsible team members to join us!

Work Schedule:
• Must be able to work at least every Sat or Sun
• Weekday mornings required

Job Responsibilities:

You will play an important role in supporting our clinic’s daily operations, including:

• Register patients & handle phone/walk-in enquiries
• Dispense medication & process payments
• Assist doctor during simple procedures (e.g. chaperoning, setting up equipment, performing vision tests and urine tests, preparing lab tubes/forms and taking vital signs)
• Submit CHAS/PG/HSG/Medisave claims
• Maintain cleanliness & order in clinic
• Pack/top up medications and supplies

Requirements:

• Can work shifts, including weekday nights and weekend mornings, and cover colleagues’ absence when needed
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels or Diploma
• No experience needed — training provided
• Good computer & customer service skills
• Team player who is humble, hardworking, responsible
