🧭 Role Overview

As Co-Founder or Partner, you’ll help shape the business from the ground up: sourcing inventory, designing the customer experience, building supplier relationships, and growing a loyal community. You’ll bring your expertise—whether in aquatics, retail, or entrepreneurship—and co-lead the journey toward a thriving, values-driven business.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Co-develop the shop’s brand, layout, and product strategy
• Source and manage inventory: fish, corals, tanks, accessories, and supplies
• Build relationships with breeders, wholesalers, and eco-friendly suppliers
• Oversee daily operations, customer service, and staff (if applicable)
• Design educational content, workshops, or events for customers
• Manage finances, marketing, and regulatory compliance

🎯 Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about aquatics, marine ecosystems, or pet retail
• Experience in retail, entrepreneurship, or aquarium care
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with hands-on work and customer-facing roles
• Excited to build something meaningful from scratch

🌱 Bonus Points

• Prior experience running a pet shop or aquarium business
• Knowledge of aquascaping, water chemistry, or marine biology
• Familiarity with Singapore’s licensing and animal welfare regulations
