What You’ll Do:

• Customer Delight: Spread warmth and hospitality, making our guests feel like cherished friends. Your friendly demeanour and attentive service will create unforgettable moments.
• Efficiency in Action: Handle customer reservations, orders, payments, and requests with speed and accuracy. Your efficiency ensures a seamless dining experience for every guest. Maintain familiarity with menu items, plating, and brand information to answer customer’s questions and give recommendations.
• Team Harmony: Collaborate with fellow crew members and kitchen staff, creating a harmonious working environment that reflects in our service quality.
• Adhere to guidelines: Understand and adhere to proper food handling, food safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service, and clean up. Ensure proper uniform, punctuality, and grooming are according to company policy and standard.
• Beverage Preparation: Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages. Maintaining espresso machines, grinders, coffee machines and other equipment by cleaning and troubleshooting.
