Job Summary

We are looking for a Science Tutor to support students preparing for the AEIS examination and provide regular academic tutoring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted Science tutoring to students preparing for the AEIS examination to enhance exam readiness and confidence
• Support students in understanding and completing their school Science curriculum and homework assignments
• Develop and prepare practice questions that reinforce key scientific concepts and promote critical thinking
• Guide students through problem-solving techniques to improve analytical skills and scientific reasoning
• Monitor students’ learning progress through assessments and observations, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with the Singapore MOE syllabus or AEIS examination preparation to align tutoring with relevant academic standards
• Experience teaching primary or secondary school students to effectively address age-appropriate learning requirements
• Strong communication skills and patience to foster a supportive and engaging learning environment
