Responsibilities:

• Support the Strategy & Partnership team with administration duties and event and project management. This would include data entry for partner database, managing event guest lists as well as collating feedback for data insights.
• Other duties as assigned by Director.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Arts and Social Sciences; Humanities, Business Management or other relevant disciplines
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in arts & culture or National Education/Total Defence-related agencies;
• Good analytical, communication and inter-personal skills, event & project management;
• Motivated independent yet a good team player
• Able to multi-task and handle tight deadlines and open to work flexible hours when required;
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Good knowledge and application of MS Office applications, especially Powerpoint and Excel;
• Experience in project and event management; knowledge of data analytics and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) would be an advantage; and
• Passion in Singapore Story, National Education, Total Defence & interest in current affairs
