Job Responsibilities

The candidate is required to manage the import process for all incoming shipments via Air, Ocean, and Road.

• Update and closely monitor all import shipments into ADC Singapore. Any delays must be communicated promptly to relevant stakeholders.

• Follow up and coordinate with freight forwarders on all import permit declarations, customs clearance, and delivery into ADC Singapore.

• Ensure accuracy of all import shipment permits declared by freight forwarders.

• Ensure all permits are declared within 7 days from the shipment arrival date.

• Ensure supply availability dates are updated in a timely manner in Oracle.

• Attend Quarterly Business Reviews with freight forwarders.

• Verify import freight bills for accuracy.

• Prepare monthly tonnage reports.

• Prepare monthly GST reports.

• Act as the point of contact for all import-related matters.

• Attend production meetings.

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

• Attend quarter-end traffic calls.

• Perform any other ad-hoc business duties as required.

The candidate must be open to job rotation and be prepared to support the team in other areas, such as processing and scheduling of product and spare parts orders.

Knowledge and Skills

• Meticulous, with a strong eye for detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with WMS and Oracle is preferred.

• Able to work independently with effective problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience

• Minimum Diploma or University Degree.

• At least 3 years of working experience in the relevant supply chain industry.

• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
