- 1 year contract (maternity cover)

- Up to $2,900 + Completion Bonus

Duties:

• Verify and process customer orders, ensuring compliance with agreed sales terms and pricing structures.
• Develop and manage shipping schedules to meet customer delivery timelines while minimizing risks and optimizing logistics costs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to create practical and executable loading plans.
• Monitor planning variances, identify improvement opportunities, and implement efficiency-enhancing solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end order processing, including purchase order creation, supplier coordination, and customer confirmation.
• Track and analyze order management data to handle exceptions such as route changes, delays, or urgent air shipments.
• Capture and assess order delays or discrepancies, evaluate customer impact, and propose alternative solutions accordingly.
• Conduct data analysis to measure performance against plans and report insights to management.
• Collaborate with team leads or managers to engage suppliers/customers in performance improvement initiatives based on KPIs.
• Maintain professional communication with suppliers and service providers via email, phone, or face-to-face interactions.
• Keep accurate records of all communications and activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Partner with Key Account Managers and Customer Service to manage customer expectations in line with service commitments.
• Build and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide input on process improvement opportunities for internal workflows.

Requirements:

• Preferably 2–3 years of working experience in managing order processing activities with strong problem-solving skills
• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain or Business Administration or other discipline.
