Job Summary

This role manages the end-to-end order fulfilment process, coordinating across teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant order processing that drives customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate pricing in the accounting system to ensure all customer quotations and orders comply with pricing policies and approved margins
  • Manage inventory levels, including consignment stock at customer sites, to optimize stock turnover and support on-time delivery
  • Process customer orders end-to-end by preparing quotations, validating purchase orders against pricing and stock availability, confirming delivery schedules, and placing purchase orders with suppliers to meet delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to track order progress and ensure timely deliveries that meet customer requirements
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery timelines, pricing details, and any changes or delays to maintain transparency and satisfaction
  • Investigate product returns (RMA), coordinate return processes, document root causes, and collaborate with suppliers and teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Provide daily customer service support by responding to enquiries about orders, product availability, and delivery timelines
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Perform administrative and system tasks including data updates, documentation, report generation, and record maintenance to support efficient order processing
  • Align product pricing with company margin targets set by the Sales Team
  • Monitor and control shipping costs to keep them within budget and aligned with company targets
