Responsibilities

Our options trading team is the global leader in crypto options, renowned for its cutting-edge strategies, deep market insights, and innovative approach to financial markets. Our desk is comprised of top-tier professionals with diverse backgrounds in trading, quantitative analysis, and risk management, all united by a shared passion for financial markets and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

Our team of traders work in shifts to provide a 24hr service, 365 days a year to this vibrant and exciting market.

• Price and execute option trades.
• Manage the risks in the portfolio, and ensure that it complies with limits imposed on it
• Able to engage with stakeholders to explain trade strategies and new products
• Given the nature of the market, to be amenable to working shifts

Requirements

• Has an excellent understanding of options/derivatives trading
• Has 2 - 7yrs of experience in derivative market making and risk taking.
• Experience in Equity or FX would be an advantage.
• Programming experience will also be a plus
• The ideal candidate will:
• Be an option market maker (preferably experiences in trading both OTC and exchange listed options) and business builder.
• Have strong track record of delivering trading revenue via high touch vanilla and exotic option products.
• A self starter and collaborator when it comes to generating trade ideas and working with sales teams to expand our product offerings.
• Comfortable interactiing with quant developers and researchers to design, build, and innovate new pricing, trading, and risk management systems.
• Be experienced in management level analysis and reporting of data sets from complex risk models.
