Job Description

work Location: Tampines (School)

• Supports Operations Manager (OM) to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining school security.
• Ensure that school supplies are well stocked and coordinate with vendors for maintenance of school equipment.
• Carry out operational tasks in school such as maintaining cleanliness and provide logistical support for events.

Qualification & Skills

1. Ability to communicate effectively and work in teams.
2. Have an acceptable level of fitness and resilience to be able to perform the role effectively.
3. Experience in school environment, or similar, is advantageous but not mandatory
4. Prior experience in any of the below areas would be an advantage:

• Logistics-related work
• Cleaning duties
• Administrative roles
