Duties and Responsibilities:

1.       Warehouse Operations: Oversee day-to-day management of warehouse, inventory, and logistics.

2.       Inventory Accuracy: Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.

3.       Workforce Management: Schedule and reassign warehouse manpower as needed.

4.       Training and Development: Manage training for new warehouse staff.

5.       Productivity and Performance: Monitor attendance, leaves, and staff performance to ensure high productivity.

6.       Strategic Planning: Lead, implement, and execute plans aligned with management objectives.

7.       Compliance and Quality: Ensure procedures and specifications meet compliance, integrity, and quality standards.

8.       Performance Analysis: Analyze operational KPIs and quality control metrics.

9.       Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

10.   Leadership and Delegation: Delegate tasks, set expectations, and monitor progress in a fast-paced environment.

11.   Product Disposal: Arrange for disposal or salvage of expired or defective products.
