Job Desciption

• Plan, direct, and oversee daily operational activities.
• Standardize operating procedures (SOPs).
• Forecast operational capacity requirements and plan resources accordingly.
• Manage shift planning, workload distribution, and productivity targets.
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Support worker communication with the management team.
