To assist and support the Operations Manager to lead and organize site Operations Team to ensure safety, daily routine, periodic schedule and manpower are available to meet contract standards and requirements.

1. OE will work closely with the OMs to lead and organise site operations

2. OE will learn about manpower deployment and scheduling to help develop cleaning service operations work plans in line with contract standards and requirements

3. OE will attend meetings, respond to customer feedback forexpeditious closure of feedback

4. OE will learn about Workplace Safety and Health Practices so as to ensure safety measures are in place on site

5. OE may be assigned to oversee multiple sites and will be expected to communicate effectively with key stakeholders as part of his role in performing the duties of an OE
