Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct manpower recruitment and placement for job sites/teams.

• Interview and select suitable candidates to meet cleaning manpower needs.

• Implement and review operational SOPs for job sites/teams.

• Roll out improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures.

• Review training needs and support training plans for staff.

• Manage client feedback and on-site incidents professionally.

• Monitor staff attendance and performance, arranging manpower replacements when necessary.

• Oversee equipment and supplies inventory and replenishment.

• Plan and conduct orientation/onboarding for new staff and job sites.

• Conduct site visits and provide recommendations on manpower requirements and costing.

• Transport cleaners/teams to and between job sites when required.

• Assist at job sites when necessary to support operations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in operations or recruitment within the cleaning industry is an advantage.

• Experience in cleaning operations will be beneficial.

• A valid driving licence is an advantage (only if required for job responsibilities).

• Responsible, committed, and able to work effectively in a team.

• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Service-oriented and able to handle a fast-paced working environment.
