Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of personnel deployments, including administrative, training, and logistical arrangements.
• Act as the main point of contact for a pool of deployment staff, managing communications and disseminating updates efficiently (e.g. via WhatsApp groups).
• Conduct random on-site checks to ensure ambassadors are performing their duties effectively.
• Compile and analyse deployment data and feedback for reporting purposes.
• Review and verify monthly payroll timesheets to ensure accuracy before submission.
• Assist with additional operational or administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements & Skills

• Recent graduate with a degree in business management, or related fields.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills to manage schedules and manpower allocation.
• Detail-oriented, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Words.
• Able to commit for the full 3-month contract period, willing to work evenings and weekends when required.
