Operations Executive

Job Description / Responsibilities:

We are a growing logistics company specializing in warehouse fulfillment and last mile delivery services, supporting e-commerce, retail, and B2B clients across Singapore. We are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to oversee daily warehouse and delivery operations, ensuring efficient, timely, and cost-effective service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations
• Coordinate last mile delivery: assign and monitor delivery jobs, manage fleet/riders/drivers (including 3PL partners), track real-time status, handle route optimization, and resolve delivery issues (e.g., failed attempts, returns/RTS, delays).
• Liaise with clients, warehouse team, delivery partners for order fulfillment, status updates, and service queries.
• Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, order accuracy, warehouse productivity) and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Handle exceptions and escalations: investigate discrepancies, customer complaints, damaged goods, and implement corrective actions.
• Support process improvements: suggest ways to enhance efficiency in warehouse layout, picking methods, or last mile routing.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards in warehouse and delivery activities.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as vendor coordination, basic costing/billing support, and team scheduling.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, last mile/delivery coordination, or logistics fulfillment (experience in e-commerce or express delivery preferred).
• Knowledge of warehouse processes (WMS/inventory systems) and last mile challenges (routing, rider management, SLA adherence).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for tracking and reporting); familiarity with logistics/WMS software (e.g., warehouse systems, delivery apps, or ERP) is advantageous.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication (written & spoken English) for client/vendor interactions.
• Able to work in a hands-on warehouse environment (may involve occasional physical tasks or site visits).
