Job Description & Requirements

- Roles involved cleaning operations

- Manage a team of cleaners

- Plan workers’ duty roster

- Attend clients' meetings as required and resolve any issues as arises

- Conduct regular site inspections

- Scheduling of periodic works

- Responsible for preparing routine and periodic work schedules and brief workers

- Responsible for tracking and maintenance of machineries

- Prepare monthly reports for workers and clients

- Must remain contactable in event of any facility's emergencies

- Interview and recruitment of cleaners

- Check and report daily cleaners' attendance

- Responsible to maintain floater cleaners team
