Job Description
- Assist the Assistant Operations Manager in monitoring daily courier delivery schedules
- Support the execution of action plans to meet operational objectives
- Effectively utilize the system (TMS) for tracking and reporting
- Compile, prepare, and submit accurate daily/weekly operational reports
- Monitor all delivery jobs to ensure completion and perform end of day reconciliation
- Supervise counter operations and distribution activities
- Track, monitor, and record the distribution activities
- Support the Duty Controller in day-to-day operational tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
- Preferably holds a valid Class 2B/3 license
- Must be proficient in preparing clear, accurate and timely reports
