Job Summary

As a key member of the Concierge Team, you will manage premium golf booking inquiries and coordinate with partners to deliver precise, high-quality service throughout the client journey.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships by serving as the primary contact for premium golf booking requests and advising on tee-time availability
• Inquiry Resolution: Respond to multi-channel inquiries (calls and emails) promptly and resolve client feedback and requests with a solutions-oriented approach
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with global partners and golf clubs to secure and process customised bookings efficiently
• Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate booking records and compile performance reports to monitor and uphold service standards
• Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks to support seamless team operations and service delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum "O" levels holder
• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, travel, or premium concierge services is preferred
• Proficiency in a third language is a significant advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by a client-first attitude and effective teamwork
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer use

Work Commitment

• Schedule: 5-day work week.
