About Get Out! Events Get Out! is one of Singapore's leading corporate events agencies, specialising in team building, family days, gala dinners, corporate retreats, and experiential events. We serve government agencies, MNCs, and SMEs across Singapore. The Role You'll be the engine that makes our events happen. From coordinating vendors and logistics to being on-the-ground during events, you'll ensure every event runs smoothly and clients leave happy. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate event logistics from confirmation to post-event Liaise with vendors (AV, F&B, venues, suppliers) and manage bookings Prepare event runsheets, briefing packs, and equipment lists Be on-site during events to manage execution Handle client communications during project delivery Post-event: compile reports, feedback, and invoices Support the sales team with operational feasibility checks and costing Manage event equipment inventory Requirements Minimum 2 years of event operations experience - corporate events or events agency background required We are not able to consider fresh graduates or candidates without events experience Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to work on weekends and evenings when events are scheduled Good communication skills - comfortable liaising with clients and vendors Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve on the fly Proficient in Google Workspace and project management tools Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Hospitality, or related field What We Offer Hands-on exposure to a wide variety of corporate events Supportive, energetic team Career progression into Senior Ops or Project Manager roles Event performance bonus - earn a bonus for every event you run end-to-end successfully
