Operations Executive – Singapore

I. Key responsibilities

· Ensure all contractual obligations and compliance requirements are met.

·Support traders by providing relevant market intelligence and assisting in business development initiatives.

· Responsible for deal data entry and maintenance of business systems, and strengthen monitoring of contract execution.

· Maintain accurate records of operational activities in compliance with company policies.

· Implement necessary financial security measures and cost optimization strategies.

· Manage cargo and vessel nominations, prepare and send voyage orders, and monitor vessel progress.

· Coordinate with cargo counterparties, terminals, vessels, inspectors, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely information exchange.

· Responsible for reconciliation with suppliers and customers.

· Maintain accurate records of operational activities in compliance with company policies.

· Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by immediate superior/Management.

II. Requirements and qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or above, major in international trade or other business-related fields.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in trading operations.

· Ability to work flexibly under tight deadlines and pressure.

· Excellent communication skills and numerical proficiency.

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates).

· Singaporean nationality or permanent resident only.

III. Salary and benefits

Fixed monthly salary range of 5,000-7,000 SGD.
