Job Overview

As a growth associate, you will assist the general manager in projects and initiatives to grow the brand, drive revenue and build the community.

Job Description

• Support product development by working with production, research, design and suppliers to develop a product that is to the standard of our brand
• Support operations for events and other retail or collaboration opportunities
• Collect data and present it for management to make decisions
• Drive projects independently

Job Requirements

• Poly or Degree in Business Management/Admin or equivalent
• Basic Data Analytics and Google Docs/Sheets or equivalent experience
• Detailed-oriented and process-driven
• Self-motivated
