Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
📌 Job Scope
- Perform terminal parameter setup for all credit card terminals as the primary responsibility.
- Act as a setup checker to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and client requirements.
- Provide parameter and setup-related support to other departments when required.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to setup and customer service support
✅Requirements
- Comfortable working on a computer for most of the day (up to 8 hours).
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and general system usage.
- Ability to understand and follow basic technology or system-related instructions (training will be provided).
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Responsible, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
