• Position : Operations & Inventory Executive
• Location : Tai Seng
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 Basic + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Additional 1 day every year) + Medical & Dental Benefits + Annual Increment

Responsibilities:

• Manage boutique and warehouse inventory, stock transfers, and reconciliations.
• Conduct stock audits and monitor inventory to prevent shortages or losses.
• Process stock requisitions and prepare packing lists and delivery orders.
• Coordinate deliveries and shipments with logistics partners and 3PL providers.
• Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve delivery or order issues.
• Track supplier production timelines and arrange inbound shipments.
• Source materials/products and obtain competitive supplier quotations.
• Support boutiques with stock replenishment and operational needs.
• Participate in stock checks, audits, and operational improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, inventory, or supply chain roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
• No experience required, training will be provided
