Responsibilities:

• Overall understanding of program, how each business unit connects with one another and explore business opportunities within each.
• Responsible for developing strategies to improve operational performance, monitoring, & evaluating the effectiveness of those strategies
• Support LEAN work practices including 6S, problem-solving root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Challenge the status quo, assist the respective BU leads in CIP drive that focuses on eliminating of waste.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering / Business
• At least 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence
• Warehouse experience will be a plus
