Duties:

• New Joiners Management - Coordinate monthly onboarding activities
• Monitor daily attendance - Ensure the employees update their attendance via internal system, activate overtime as and when needed, approve the employees leave application
• Manpower arrangement to ensure smooth operations (Ensure sufficient manpower to support if the tasks cannot complete on time)
• Manage and report any incidents that occur during work, training, or other activities.
• Coordinate with the Safety Team to disseminate safety information and ensure acknowledgment/sign-off.
• Plan and manage refresher training for employees to ensure in line with Customer's requirements
• Ensure promptly update on any onboarding / resignation of employees
• Job site patrolling to ensure all employees are at job site at all times
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
