Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple construction sites.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
• Manage and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

2. Budget & Cost Control

• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
• Approve purchases and monitor project expenditures against approved budgets.

3. Team Leadership

• Lead, supervise, and motivate project managers, site supervisors, and support staff.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings to ensure progress alignment and accountability.
• Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to develop team capability.

4. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all works comply with statutory regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Implement and monitor workplace safety practices in accordance with OSHA or equivalent requirements.

5. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and present progress reports, updates, and project documentation.

6. Risk Management

• Identify operational and site-related risks, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Respond promptly and effectively to project issues and emergencies.
