• Position : Operation Executive (Shipping / Logistics)

• Location : Cantonment Road (Nearest MRT- Outram Park)

• Working hours : 5 days work week: Monday- Friday: 8:30-5:30

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3800 + Performance Bonus

• Duration : Perm

• Industry : SHIPPING AGENCIES (FREIGHT)

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process shipping documentation including Import/Export, LC, Bill of Lading, and FTA documents.

• Coordinate shipments with forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines to ensure smooth delivery.

• Provide customer support on shipment enquiries, shipping options, timelines, and regulations.

• Arrange freight bookings and shipment scheduling according to company requirements.

• Handle customer enquiries or complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• Send shipment documents to clients, agents, and shipping partners accurately and on time.

• Maintain good relationships with agents, shipping companies, and logistics partners.

• Monitor shipping rates and conduct basic cost analysis.

• Support overseas agents coordination and development of new accounts.

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.

• Candidates with experience in shipping documentation or logistics coordination will have an advantage.

• Good knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation is preferred.

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients who converse in Mandarin only
