Job Responsibility:

• Ability to interpret documents such as BOMs, ECOs, operating and procedure manuals.
• Develop and maintain the knowledge base for ECN/ECR related tasks
• Support purchasing of engineering equipment for build or internal evaluation and other documentation control in department.
• Maintains files, log, records of invoices, purchase orders and other related documentation.
• Assignments may require initiative regarding pricing revisions, order cancellations, discontinued items, acceptable substitutes, delivery date revisions and invoice discrepancies.
• Support other engineering related activities, such maintain development test setup, including wiring and installation, execute hardware / firmware execution.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Computer).
• Knowledge in SAP PLM, especially BOM, Document, ECR/ECO will be an advantage
• Excellent in documentation and using Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Visio)
• Knowledge in programming language as C/Java/Python will be advantage
• Strong analytic skills and multitasking abilities as well as identifying and resolving issues with limited supervision
