Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Online Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through data-driven digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and websites

• Manage and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

• Create and schedule digital content (posts, banners, landing pages, EDMs)

• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports

• Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and conversions

• Manage social media accounts and engage with online communities

• Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to support campaigns

• Track digital trends and recommend new marketing opportunities

• Maintain brand consistency across all online channels

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in online/digital marketing (fresh grads with strong portfolio may apply)

• Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, social media algorithms, and email marketing

• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools

• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, Figma, etc.)

• Experience managing B2B or SaaS digital campaigns

• Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
