Perola Singapore is expanding our on-trade footprint and we’re looking for a dynamic, well-connected On-Trade Sales Manager to champion our premium craft spirits across the island.

The Role

You will drive listings, build partnerships, and grow visibility for our portfolio across Singapore’s top bars, restaurants, hotels, and lifestyle venues.

This is a commission-based role designed for someone hungry, entrepreneurial, and excited to turn relationships into results.

What You’ll Do

• Grow distribution across premium on-trade venues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bar managers, F&B leads, and hospitality groups.
• Pitch and place our premium spirits portfolio.
• Secure menu placements, signature cocktails, and brand visibility.
• Conduct product presentations and tastings.
• Identify new opportunities and drive market expansion.
• Represent the brand at industry events and activations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in on-trade sales, bartending, brand advocacy, or F&B supplier roles.
• A strong network within Singapore’s bar and restaurant scene.
• Confident, driven, and able to work independently.
• A passion for artisanal and premium spirits.
• Someone who thrives on performance and results.
