• Location: Near to One-North MRT
• Working Days: Mon - Fri | 9:30AM-630PM, with 1hr for lunch
• Salary : $3000 - $5000 (Depends to experiences)

Job Description

• Take full ownership of front desk, office administration, and daily office operations.

• Handle reception duties, including calls, visitors, couriers, and general enquiries.

• Manage office maintenance and vendor coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including filing, documentation, scheduling, and meeting arrangements.

• Support the Director directly on business coordination, calendar management, travel arrangements, and occasional personal matters.

• Liaise with external vendors, building management, and service providers.

• Handle ad-hoc tasks and ensure all office matters are well managed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in office administration / office management / executive assistant roles.

• Able to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• Prior exposure to financial services / fintech environment is an advantage, but not mandatory.
