·      Support on the office model and space optimization review projects.

·       Involved in the new agency office space fitting out & reinstatement projects.

·       Assist in agency office space maintenance support.

·       Provide operational support to the stakeholders.

·       Assist in the preparation of project paper, budget monitoring & payment & reporting exercises.

·       Coordinate in the facility management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Preferably with 3 years of relevant office management experiences.
• MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
