Job Description & Requirements
· Manage daily administrative tasks: answering phones, handling correspondence (emails, mail, couriers)
· Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems
· Ordering, inventory, and maintenance of office supplies, stationery, pantry items
· Liaise with building management or vendors for office repairs, cleaning, facility issues
· Arrange and schedule meetings, conference rooms, travel or transport as needed
· Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic documentation
· Handle reception duties / greet visitors if applicable
· Coordinate or assist with company events or internal meetings
· Perform ad‑hoc administrative support tasks as assigned
Requirements
· Minimum Secondary/O‑Levels; Certificate / Diploma preferred
· Prior administrative experience (could be 1‑3 years depending on level)
· Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
· Good communication skills (written & verbal)
· Ability to multitask and prioritize
· Proactive, reliable, able to work with minimal supervision Top of Form
