• Basic Salary: Up to S$2,800 per month
• 5-day work week (Mondays to Fridays, 8:15AM – 6:00PM)
• Work location: West (Nearest MRT: Jurong East)

The company is a leading international organisation in the logistics and supply chain industry, providing integrated freight, warehousing, and supply chain solutions across global markets. The company is currently seeking a suitable candidate to join them as an Ocean Freight Officer (Export).

JobResponsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate Sea Export shipments to ensure smooth and timely execution
Liaise with customers, overseas offices/agents, transport teams, and internal departments on shipment arrangements

• Prepare and process relevant export documentation (e.g. HBL, MBL, manifests, pre-alerts), customs declarations, and Trade-Net submissions in a accurate and efficient manner
• Monitor shipment status, follow up with CFS warehouses or oversea offices and resolve any operational issues, discrepancies, or cargo irregularities

• Ensure customer requirements are met and provide timely updates on shipment progress
Verify vendor costings, prepare payment vouchers, and ensure shipment-related charges are billed accurately and collected timely

• Maintain accurate system entries and ensure shipment files are properly documented and closed

• Ensure transactions are handled accurately and within required timelines

JobRequirements:

• Min Diploma holder
• Have knowledge in freight forwarding, import procedure or permit declaration is preferred
• Experience in 3rd party logistics or warehousing environment will be an added advantage
