Senior / Nurse Manager (Nursing Homes)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior / Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality elderly care. The role involves clinical oversight, staff management, training, and quality improvement within a multidisciplinary care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Nursing Department, including staffing, scheduling, and compliance with MOH, SNB, and AIC standards.
• Supervise care teams (nurses, aides, rehab staff) to ensure high-quality care and service delivery.
• Plan and coordinate nursing care based on residents’ needs, including smooth transitions from acute to step-down care.
• Oversee clinical services, including treatment administration, therapeutic programs, and discharge planning.
• Provide health education and counselling to residents and their families.
• Train, mentor, and assess nursing staff to maintain clinical competency and compliance.
• Lead audits and quality improvement initiatives in nursing care delivery.
• Support research and product evaluations related to nursing practice.

Requirements:

• Valid SNB registration
• Minimum 2 years as a Nurse Manager/ Nurse Clinician
• Strong clinical expertise and leadership skills
• Proficient in clinical systems and documentation
