Job Description
- Manage and resolve customer complaints across multiple channels within defined timelines.
- Review investigations and recommend fair, balanced resolutions.
- Coordinate service recovery with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvement initiatives to prevent recurrence.
- Handle complex escalations, including external mediation and adjudication cases.
- Prepare complaint reports, trend analysis, and management updates.
- Support and lead projects to enhance customer management processes.
- Contribute across Customer Management functions as needed.
