Requirements: Degree in Engineering/Construction Management or related. 10+ years for Director; 5+ years for Senior PM. PMP desirable.

Construction Management & Site Leadership

Construction Manager (Building) / Site Manager / Site Supervisor / Construction Supervisor

Oversee site operations, subcontractors, logistics, quality and safety.

Requirements: Degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. 5+ years for Construction Manager; 1–3+ years for supervisory roles. BCA CSS preferred.

Engineering & Technical

Civil / Structural Engineer (Design & Site)

Design, review and supervise MRT, tunnel, road and residential projects. Produce structural drawings and technical reports.

Requirements: Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. Singapore PE licence beneficial; experienced candidates without PE considered.

Tunnel / TBM Engineer, Geotechnical Engineer, Piling & Specialist Site Engineers

Design support, monitoring and site supervision for complex groundworks.

M&E Engineer / Senior M&E Engineer / M&E Coordinator

Plan and coordinate M&E installation and commissioning on site.

Requirements: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

Min. 2 years’ experience. Class 3 licence preferred.

Design & BIM

BIM Manager / BIM Engineer / BIM Coordinator / BIM Modeller

Lead BIM delivery, co‑ordination, clash detection and model handover. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks essential.
