Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Technical Consultant to serve as both a technical developer and system administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems. The consultant will be responsible for the design, development, customization, integration, and administration of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform, ensuring optimal performance and seamless user experiences. The role requires strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
· Analyze business processes and program specifications, translating requirements into high-quality program code in line with best practices.
· Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM entities, workflows, dashboards, reporting, web resources, solution files, and security models.
· Design and implement innovative solutions using Dynamics CRM, Power Platform tools, and related technologies.
· Develop and execute unit test packages, ensuring accurate documentation of results.
· Support system integration testing, UAT, and production deployment, resolving issues to ensure smooth implementation.
· Investigate reported problems, implement amendments, and perform testing to maintain system efficiency.
· Prepare and maintain up-to-date system and technical documentation.
· Ensure code quality and compliance with organizational security guidelines.
· Teamwork & Collaboration
· Work closely with team leads to align solution designs with architectural and business requirements.
· Collaborate with Business Analysts during requirements gathering and specification refinement.
· Participate in peer reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and improve project quality.
Required Skills & Experience
· Minimum 3+ years of experience in developing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE (CRM 2016/2015 or later).
· Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, workflows, plugins, and integration development.
Proficiency with:
· Microsoft CRM SDK, PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, Dataverse
· KingsWaySoft for data migration
· C#, ASP.NET, SSIS, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript
· Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and delivering CRM solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
· Understanding of SDLC, relational database concepts, and CRM solution management.
Education & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
· Ability to travel as required for project needs.
