Maintenance Manager / Equipment / Automation / Plastic Injection Moulding Machine/ Mechanical/ Electrical

Our client is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing solutions provider.

Responsibilities:

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all production equipment, including injection moulding machines and accessory equipment.
Ensure timely resolution of machine issues through effective troubleshooting and coordination of repair activities.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime.
Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Manage the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Supervise complex tasks, such as injection screw and barrel cleaning, ensuring proper execution.
Support troubleshooting of building equipment and systems in collaboration with other departments.
Maintain accurate records of machine downtime, repair activities, and inventory usage.
Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.
Analyze machine performance data to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
Develop and optimize maintenance processes to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Min of 5-8 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Expertise in troubleshooting complex machinery and systems.
