THE COMPANY

A credible, reliable specialist and label in their field, this Multinational Corporation (MNC) seeks to look for an Office Admin Executive who is able to be part of the office admin.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Directors and other colleagues in their work schedule/calendars
• Booking of Flight, Visas, Hotel/Accommodation/rental, Travel schedules/activities, Insurance planned etc.
• Handle expenses claims (e.g. Drivers’ overtime)
• Office admin (Upkeep/Maintain Meeting room, reception area, pantry area)
• Order office supplies or company’s gifts
• Assist receptionist and serve refreshments
• Handle email or phone queries
• Other administrative matters (Data entry and Filing, update mailing/phone list etc)
• Any other adhoc duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Secretarial/Administration/Management or any other relevant certifications
• Minimum 3 years of Office admin work exposure
• Patient, highly organized, versatile, has good interpersonal and communication skills
