ML Research Engineer (AI / LLM / VLM)
We are looking for motivated ML Research Engineer to join our AI Product team. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs), to develop innovative solutions for enterprise video intelligence. You will collaborate closely with researchers, engineers, and product teams to transform research ideas into scalable real-world applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement solutions using LLMs and VLMs to solve real-world AI problems.
• Design and develop agentic AI systems using structured, multi-step workflows.
• Run experiments involving data preparation, model training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept systems to validate new ideas.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready solutions.
• Deliver impactful AI solutions aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals, including model architectures and training techniques.
• Hands-on experience with transformer-based models in NLP or computer vision.
• Solid programming skills with strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a related field.
• Publications in leading AI conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, or ACL.
• Experience with fine-tuning or adapting foundation models using transfer learning techniques.
• Exposure to additional ML domains such as reinforcement learning, diffusion models, robotics, speech recognition, recommender systems, or time-series forecasting.
